I have chosen delivery to a store and can see it has been “Delivered”, but haven’t received confirmation about pick up. What should I do?

If you have chosen delivery to a CHANGE Lingerie store, the tracking link will show “Delivered” when your order has arrived at the store. When it's ready for pick up you will receive confirmation from the store. If you are nearby, you are welcome to visit the store, even though you haven’t received confirmation about pick up yet. We expect the store to make your order ready for pick up the same day, or the day after, they have received it. If it has been more than 2 days, you are welcome to contact the store directly or our customer service, then they will help you further with this.
