If you use the Track & Trace to track your return, it will say “delivered” when the package has arrived at one of our delivery partners' distribution centers. It will take a few more days from here until it arrives at our warehouse, after which we will begin processing your return. We will process your return and make a refund within 14 days of you handing the package at a drop-off location.
