How do I make a claim?

We are sorry to hear that you have experienced a defect in your product. We want to solve all problems with defective products as quickly as possible. You can therefore take the defective product as well as the receipt for your purchase to your local CHANGE store as soon as you have discovered that something is not as expected. Our Personal Shoppers are here to help you with your inquiry. If your purchase was made in a physical store you must visit one of our stores if you wish to exercise your right to a claim.

If your purchase was made online you can also visit one of our stores or you can contact us through our contact form. Please attach pictures of the fault and a description of what is wrong with the product. Remember to enter your order number and attach a copy of your order confirmation. If your claim is approved and processed we will ask you to document that the product has been discarded and you will receive your compensation.
