Can I return my order in one of your stores?

Yes. Visit your local CHANGE store and bring the product you want to return and the receipt for your purchase. Our Personal Shoppers are ready to help you return your order and we will handle your refund immediately. They can also help you find another size or style.

Remember to bring your receipt/order confirmation. Please note that we only accept returned products that you have not yet removed the tags from or have used. We don’t accept products that are damaged, used or no longer can be considered as new, and we will therefore not refund your purchase.
