I have received a defective product. What should I do?

We are very sorry if one of the products that you have received is faulty. We wish to resolve all issues regarding faulty products as quickly as possible. You can visit one of our stores as soon as you have discovered a faulty product in your order. Here our Personal Shoppers will be ready to help immediately. Remember to bring your receipt/order confirmation, and the product must be intact with the price label. If you don’t have the possibility to visit one of our stores, you can just contact us through the contact form. Choose “Problems with my order” as the question, and “There is something wrong with one of the products I have received” as the inquiry. Please attach a photo of the faulty item and please describe the fault.
