I have received a faulty item. What do I do?

We are very sorry if one of the products you received has a defect!

We want to solve all problems with defective items as quickly as possible. You can, with great advantage, visit one of our CHANGE stores as soon as you have noticed a defect. Here, our personal shoppers are ready to help you right away.

If you do not have the opportunity to visit a physical store, simply send us a message via the contact form and choose the topic "I have a faulty product". Please attach pictures of the defect and let us know what is wrong with the item.
