Why have I received an email saying that the item I ordered is out of stock?

Even though we have a lot of items in stock, it happens from time to time that we unfortunately can not deliver exactly the bra or new night dress you were looking forward to, because it has meanwhile been sold out. We are always sorry not to be able to deliver everything you have ordered, but we are sure we can help you find an alternative you will also be happy with.

We recoomend that you contact our Personal Shoppers via chat or phone - they are ready to help you find an alternative product.

We will of course refund the amount for the missing item, or the entire value of the order as soon as we receive your confirmation whether you want the remaining products or that we must cancel your entire order.All you have to do is respond to the email with your confirmation.
