As soon as your order has been processed, we will verify the transaction by reserving the amount in the bank account associated with the payment method you used for the purchase. We do not withdraw the amount until your order has been packed and is ready to be shipped from our warehouse.

You will receive an email confirming that we have shipped your order. If you choose to return an order, we will refund your money to the account connected with your payment card.
