Yes. A return fee applies when returning items using the return label included in your parcel.

If you return your item in a CHANGE store in the Czech Republic, it is free of charge. Our staff can also help you exchange the item or issue your refund immediately.

All products returned by post are inspected by our Quality Control Department. Items that are not considered new will be rejected and not refunded.
