Yes. A return fee of 120 CZK will be applied when returning items using a return label.

If you return the item at one of our stores, it is free of charge, and our staff can immediately help you exchange the item or issue a refund.

All products returned by mail are inspected by our Quality Control Department, and items that are not considered new will be rejected and not refunded.
