Has my order gone through?

We will recommend you first of all to control your transactions in your bank account. If you can see a payment it means you have an order. We will then ask you to check your email inbox for your order confirmation. Remember to check your spam/junk folders as well. If you can not find your order confirmation it may be that your order has not gone through. Please contact Customer Service through the contact form and they will help you further. Remember to include the date, amount and order number if you have it.
