I have made an order in a physical store

It is possible to make an order in one of our stores, if a desired product or size is not in stock in the store. Our Personal Shoppers will help you make the order, and the order will be delivered to the store or a pick up point near your address. The products that will be ordered, will need to be paid in the store before the order can be created. We recommend that you save the receipt.

You will receive an order confirmation shortly after your visit at the store, and a delivery confirmation as soon as the order is on its way. We kindly refer to our delivery time, that is 3-7 week days to the store (Click & Collect). You will receive a SMS as soon as your order is ready for pick up. If more time has passed than our expected delivery time, and you want an update on your order, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service through the contact form. Please attach a photo of your receipt and inform us of the order number.

If you want to make a return of your retail order, we refer you to one of our CHANGE stores (except our outlet stores). It is not possible to send products from a retail order back to us, and you will therefore not receive a return label with your order. This is because we can’t refund you for your purchase, when your payment has been made in a physical store. We welcome you in one of our stores, then our Personal Shoppers help you further.
