Can I send a product purchased in a store back to your warehouse?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to send a store purchase or store order back to our warehouse. We have an international warehouse that handles online orders. This means that if you send a store purchase back to our warehouse, they will not be able to identify or handle (for example exchange or refund) as the purchase and payment are made in a physical store. Any return shipping of products that do not come from an online order will therefore be sent back to the sender at your own expense.
