Can I use a discount on my order after I have placed an order?

If you have placed an order online and the order is fresh and not yet created in our system, for example if the promotion has changed overnight or you have forgotten to log in to your Club CHANGE account please contact us directly afterwards so that we can add the discount. However, we do not have the technical ability to add the discount to an order that has already been packed and loaded, or shipped and delivered.

We always want to help our lovely customers and therefore we have some alternatives for you so that you can get the wanted discount.

1) We will investigate the possibility of canceling the entire order (note that this is only possible if your order has not been prepared for shipment yet). Contact us directly through LIVE chat, phone or our contact form and we will investigate the possibility together with our warehouse.

2) You can visit one of our physical CHANGE stores in Denmark and return the order, get a refund and buy it again with the new discount. Our Personal Shoppers are here to help you with returns and repurchases of course on condition that the new campaign is still active when you visit a store.

3) You can place a new order and return the first order. Returns are free both for return shipping and in all our stores.
