Click on the icon in the right corner of the menu where you will normally log in to your Club Change account.

At the bottom of the window that opens, you will find a link with the text "Forgot your password".

Fill in your email address and you will shortly receive an email and instructions to set a new password. Remember to check your spam / junk email filter in your inbox.
