You can cancel your order until our warehouse starts packing your order. Please note that if our warehouse has started processing your order or your order has been loaded/or shipped we unfortunately can no longer cancel your order. We would therefore recommend that you contact Customer Service directly through LIVE-chat or phone if you wish to cancel your order. If you contact us outside Customer Service opening hours we recommend that you send us a message through the contact form and they will investigate the possibility as soon as they are online.
