Unfortunately it is not possible for us to add and remove, change color, size or style once the order has been placed. We recommend that you either 1) cancel the entire order by contacting Customer Service (note that this only can be done if your order has not been packed), or 2) exchange or return the order in your local CHANGE store (excluding outlet stores). Our Personal Shoppers in our stores are ready to help you find the correct size, another product or refund you the money if you prefer that. Remember to bring your receipt/order confirmation and the product must be intact with price tags.
