How do I cancel an order?

Did you make a mistake in your order or did you just change your mind? 

Don’t worry. You can cancel your order until our warehouse starts processing your order. Send us a message via the contact form and we will help you cancel your order. You will receive an email confirming the cancellation of your order. The amount will be refunded to your account within 7 working days (Mon-Fri). 

Please note that if our warehouse has started processing your order, or your order has been shipped, we will unfortunately no longer have the option to cancel your order. 

Should you have changed your mind after your package has been sent from our warehouse, you have 3 options for returning the package: 

1) Collect the package and return it in one of our CHANGE stores (we recommend for the fastest processing time) 
2) Pick up the package and send it back with the enclosed return label (Please note, it takes up to 14 days from you send the package back until your money is refunded) 
3) Don’t do anything and the package will automatically be returned to our warehouse after 14 days (please note, it can also be up 14 days hereafter, before we receive the package in our warehouse and until your money is refunded. We therefore recommend you to use the option 1 or 2)
