According to EU consumer law, you as a consumer have a 14-day right to withdrawal your order when you shop online. This means that you have the right to cancel your purchase and get your money back, as long as you notify us of this within 14 days after you have received and picked up your order, and that all products are still in original unused condition. 

You can cancel your order until our warehouse starts packing your order. Send us an email via the contact form on this page and we will help you cancel your order. You will receive an email confirming the cancellation of your order. 

If you wish to use your right of withdrawal after receiving your order, you have the following options: 

1) Collect the package and return it in one of our CHANGE stores (we recommend this option for the fastest resolution) 

2) Pick up the package and send it back with the enclosed return label (Please note, it takes up to 14 days from you send the package back until your money is refunded) 

3) Don’t do anything and the package will automatically be returned to our warehouse after 14 days (please note, it can also be up 14 days hereafter, before we receive the package in our warehouse and until your money is refunded. We therefore recommend you to use the option 1 or 2)
