As soon as your order has been processed, we will verify the transaction by reserving the amount in the bank account associated with the payment method you used for the purchase. We do not withdraw the amount until your order has been shipped from our warehouse. 

As soon as your order is packed and has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with a confirmation and a tracking link to track the package. Please note, it can be up to 48 hours from you receive the link until the package can be tracked. The provided tracking link will keep you up-to-date on the status of your order. Remember to check spam/junk folders in your mailbox - It sometimes end up here.
