Yes – but only if you return by post. Returns in-store are completely free.

If you choose to return your order by post using the return label included in your package, you will be charged a small fee of 5.95 CAD that will be deducted while processing your refund.

To return for free, we recommend visiting your nearest CHANGE store. Just bring the item and your purchase receipt – our staff will help you exchange it for another size or style, or refund your money on the spot.
